1. Who we are
Bottega Soglia is a trading name of KineKri Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean KineKri Limited.

2. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of bottegasoglia.com and set out the terms common to everything the studio makes.
Each product has its own terms covering what it does, what it costs, and what happens if something goes wrong — including refunds. Where a product publishes its own terms, those terms govern that product, and these terms apply only to the extent they do not conflict.
If you have bought something from us, the terms that matter to your purchase are the product's own. This page tells you where to find them.
3. Products

- Calibro — in development. Terms will be published before it is available to buy.
- Cartografia — by application. Terms are provided as part of the application process.
A product not listed here is not ours.
4. Intellectual property
The site, its text, design, and the names Bottega Soglia, Prova, Calibro and Cartografia belong to us. You may not copy, adapt or reuse them without our written permission.
What you get when you buy a product — the output it produces for you — is dealt with in that product's own terms. Nothing on this page takes away rights granted there.
5. Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupt it, or use automated means to place a load on it beyond ordinary reading.
6. Limitation of liability
This site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.
Limits of liability for a purchased product are set out in that product's own terms.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page tells you when the current version took effect. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
A change to these terms does not change the terms that applied to a purchase you have already made.
8. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
If we do not enforce a right straight away, that is not a waiver of it.
A person who is not a party to these terms has no right to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
